SVHC拟新增四种物质

2014年3月3日，欧洲化学品管理局（ECHA）就将邻苯二甲酸二异己酯（68515-50-4）、氯化镉（10108-64-2）、水合高硼酸钠盐类和过硼酸钠（7632-04-4）这4种物质列入高度关注物质（SVHC）清单征询公众意见。公众可就这些物质的特性用途、暴露程度、替代品以及风险发表意见。此次公众意见征询将于2014年4月17日结束。

In March 3, 2014, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) has asked for public comment of listing four substances namely DIHP (68515-50-4), cadmium chloride （CdCl2 , 10108-64-2), Sodium perborate; perboric acid, sodium salt, and sodium peroxometaborate (7632-04-4) into the list of substances of very high concern (SVHC). The public can issue opinion about thecharacteristics and usage, the degree of exposure, substitutes and risk. The public consultation will end in April 17, 2014
