Catering

The following retail outlets are currently operating:

• EHB Grill
• Library Café
• Holywell Café

The most up-to-date information and opening times for these outlets can be found here. To keep both customers and staff safe, please wear a mask when entering the area and follow the floor markings and one-way systems in place. Customers are asked to use contactless payments where possible and to maintain a safe distance of at least 2 metres from others.

Library

Following the latest restrictions, the Library will remain open on an essential-only basis.

They are operating a click and collect service for printed books. To use this service, please email library@lboro.ac.uk with your staff or student ID number, and with as much detail about the items you would like to request, for example author, title, shelfmark and edition. There will be a 10-item limit.

Print and Post Services

Print and Post Services in the Herbert Manzoni Building remains open 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. The team are working at a reduced capacity, so please note services may take slightly longer than usual.

All print requests should be conducted via the Online Shop, with all other queries sent to print@lboro.ac.uk or parcels@lboro.ac.uk.

The team are also continuing to work closely with the Covid Community Champions to ensure post reaches students in isolation, and they have recently introduced a new service for staff and doctoral researchers who require printouts for their children whilst being home-schooled (this includes free delivery for staff and DRs within the LE11 postcode).

In addition, if staff require any other logistical needs, such as temporary storage, borrowing a van, or needing a post job to be produced, please do not hesitate to call Print and Post Services Manager, Helen Clarke on 07399 098847.

Loughborough Sport

Holywell Fitness Centre and Powerbase Gym are closed for general access at this time. However, staff and students can keep active from home with the help of Loughborough Sport – more information is available here.

FAQs about student sports activity, casual sports bookings, swimming sessions and elite training access can be viewed online.
