Account Support Manager, Journals & Online Products
We are looking for an Account Support Manager to join us in Beijing. Reporting into the Account Director and as a key member of our Journals commercial team, the purpose of your role is to manage and develop the account support arm as part of our China Journals team, ensuring high-quality support is provided to the whole team and achieving process-efficiency as well as first-class customer experience during the whole commercial life-cycle of China journals business.

What you'll be doing:
Your job responsibilities may include the following but are not limited to:
Invoice management: invoice collection, verification, and delivery
Customer credit control: overdue payment-chasing and revenue allocation with both headquarters side and customer side
Data analysis: sales/revenue data collection, report export and analysis, T&F title translation publication dynamics, etc. to support marketing opportunity and new business model
Royalty settlement, data entry and book stick management
Sales-coordinating work: pre-publication material review, digital files acquisition, gratis copy management, WeChat-based rights title promotion and author care-supporting work, etc
Assistance to the team for achieving annual target and ad hoc tasks by the line manager

Bachelor’s degree or above, excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Mandarin is a must
Over 6 years of experience preferred. Academic publishing background will be a plus
Experience with SAP and CRM software is preferred, proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
