We collaborate closely with our partners to reach that goal. The Shanghai Technology Innovation Hub project aims to accelerate innovation in Shanghai for global health. The project promotes the strategy that advocates for a greater role of China in contributing to global health and development. We will achieve this by providing training, technical assistance to vaccine developers and manufacturers in China and developing effective collaboration models that motivate the manufacturers to supply low-and-middle-income countries.
岗位职责
Collaborate with Project Leader, project team and external partners to develop overall program strategy, global, cross-functionally integrated work plans for the project.
Performs CMC functions in project teams, business or technical meetings with internal and external teams.
Perform product market and/or cost analysis in conjunction with internal stakeholder and partners.
Coordinate and implement activities with external partners as applicable.
Contributes to Grant proposals for funding from donors/agencies and write annual progress reports.
Review technical materials to provide input.
Liaise with partners as needed and maintain records.
Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
任职资格
Master’s degree or higher in Biological Science or Biochemical Engineering, or a related discipline with 1+ years of experience in biopharma industry, public health or global health.
Knowledge and understanding of the product development process for biologics.
Knowledge or experience with process development/scale-up and process validation is preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Ability to work effectively on fast-paced, complex projects with a global team.
Proven ability to take initiative, learn quickly, anticipate needs and challenges, and find solutions.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software package (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Experience with data analysis or visualization desired.
Must have legal authorization to work in China.

岗位职责
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Strategy Cycle and Fundraising Support
-Support PD in strategy cycles including strategy formulation and review, logic models updates, and budget setting by conducting basic research and providing input based on frequent communications with grantees;
-Help draft funder’s proposals and prepare reports to update funders on progress of related grants and projects;
-Support the related research as requested by team;
-Organize and arrange site visits for the funders to demonstrate the accomplishment of the program in the field.
2.Grants and Projects Management
-Administrate the grant-making process in the EF China’s grants management system, drafting IERF and filling in necessary information to initiate the project application, monitoring and following up in the grant period, and drafting evaluation to close the grant in a timely manner;
-Collect and carry out due diligence on the grants related materials, including grant proposals, budget proposals, mid-term and end-term narrative and financial reports, the technical reports, and etc., and upload the materials to the EF China’s grants management system timely;
-Support team to monitor the project progress, help organize and attend meetings at various stages of the project and follow through to ensure desirable deliverables and outcomes;
-Monitor the payment for granted projects, help grantees to resolve payment related issues;
-Track and keep record of the program budget, follow through spending plan and provide timely reminders to team, and reconcile the program budget internally and with SF Office;
-Support grant auditing and work with grantees to assure full compliance with EF China policies and regulations both in China and in the US;
-Organize and manage Foundation-Initiated Projects (FIPs), including consulting contracts, meetings/workshops, study tours and reports/publications. Set up FIPs, collect and review FIP reimbursement materials and ensure that necessary reimbursement materials are complete and correct. Ensure that FIP administration and reimbursement follow EF China procedures and is handled in a timely manner;
-Organize and coordinate all kinds of meetings/workshops, consultant visits, study tours and funder trips, including issuing invitation letters, arranging accommodation and transportation, scheduling meetings, assembling meeting materials, arranging or providing translation services, taking notes and developing meeting summaries, and etc.
3.Collaboration and Partnership
-Proactively work with other colleagues in collaborative projects;
-Share knowledge, expertise, critical information and networks with other colleagues and/or partners under team’s guidance to increase support and demonstrate shared purpose;
-Maintain the list of partners for the program, assist in inviting international and domestic experts to support EF China’s stakeholders.
4.Others
-Assist to draft reporting materials, such as annual report and work plan to the regulators, and docket narrative and logic model to the board;
-Work closely with other colleagues to support the office-wide events as required by the office;
-Translate written materials from English to Chinese or vice versa as required;
-Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by PD;
-Back up other colleagues as needed.

任职资格
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
1.Education: Bachelor’s degree and above, preferably in a related field: energy policies and strategies, energy efficiency, climate change, environmental sciences and engineering, material sciences, public policies.
2.Working experience: Two-year and above working experiences as a plus. Employment experiences in energy policies and strategies, energy efficiency, climate change are strongly preferred.
3.English level: ability to communicate fluently in both spoken and written English.
4.Project management skills: ability to manage projects according to a set of procedures and rules, follow the necessary steps rigorously, with the good understanding of the purpose, scope and timeline of the projects.
5.Problem solving skills: ability to use logics to solve simple problems independently, and demonstrate potential to solve complicated problems.
6.Communications: ability to communicate with others clearly, listen actively and write with clear logics.

Vital Strategies / Resolve to Save Lives is currently seeking a Director – Hypertension Control. This role is based in Beijing or Jinan and reports to the China Country Director. The successful candidate will work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment, contributing to a large-scale effort to save millions of lives from cardiovascular disease. They will be responsible for: guiding a robust hypertension control strategy in collaboration with national and provincial partners; managing a range of hypertension control projects with different partners to ensure successful implementation and impact; and providing technical support and tools development, while ensuring shared learning concerning hypertension control and primary care.
Under the supervision of the Country Director, the Director - Hypertension Control, China will perform the following:
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership
- Promote and disseminate Resolve to Save Lives’ core approaches in hypertension control and primary healthcare system reinforcement, including protocol development, professional training, monitoring drug supply, establishing task sharing, strengthening patient centered care, and using health information systems for quality improvement.
- Collaborate with the National Center for Cardiovascular Disease to convene a hypertension control advisory group, engaging the advisory group in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the program.
- Facilitate internal and external expertise to identify and address evidence gaps related to hypertension and primary care systems, including but not limited to research question prioritization, working with partners to develop research plans and protocols, and consolidating and disseminating evidence.
Project Management
- Work with Resolve to Save Lives’ global team and multiple partners in China to initiate, develop, finalize, and roll out a hypertension control program fit to the China context. Develop monitoring tools and consolidate progress across partners on a regular basis through project updates and reports
- Work to ensure projects remain on-track, meeting targets and deliverables
- Identify best practices and work with the China office leadership and hypertension team to incorporate best practices into the Resolve hypertension strategy
Technical Support
- Collaborate and coordinate with the National Center for Cardiovascular Disease, China CDC, provincial CDCs, and other organizations to produce hypertension related factsheets, reports, articles, and other tools as needed.
- Provide technical assistance to partners at provincial or local levels on hypertension related issues.
- Present hypertension related data, program experience and lessons learned at national and international conferences.
Networking & Communication
- Liaise and coordinate with other Resolve to Save Lives team members and Vital Strategies teams.
- Organize and participate in meetings with National Health Commission, other government and non-government agencies, and international and national partners involved in hypertension related projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education requirements: Master’s degree in public health, medicine, or related field. Doctorate degree is desirable.
Experience requirements:
- Minimum 15 years’ work experience in public health, focusing on chronic disease prevention, management, surveillance, and evaluation. Experience in medicine is desirable.
- At least 8 years’ experience in managing projects.
- Experience working in cardiovascular diseases is desirable.

The Responsible Sourcing Specialist main responsibilities will include:
Timber Legality: Working closely with clients and suppliers around the world to effectively schedule and conduct desk-based risk assessment, onsite auditing and mitigation activities, aimed at meeting the sustainability requirement and /or the timber regulations (e.g., UK/EUTR, Lacey Act, Australian Illegal Logging Prohibition Act) and other applicable timber regulations. The main focus of the role will be to support the Project and Solutions team to conduct risk assessments and audit manufacturing facilities in China to assess the risk of illegal timber in supply chains. The role will also involve working closely with companies to implement solutions to problems, through gap analysis, action plan development, training, providing support to help them implement segregation and chain of custody systems, implementing new procedures for collecting documentation and improving communication with their buyers in regulated markets.
Responsible Sourcing: Development and provision of tailored services aimed at supporting companies’ to maintstream sustainability into their business practices. The service will help companies create and implement sustainability policies; providing training and support for implementation; map and assess risk in supply chains; conduct onsite auditing; develop innovative tools; develop and implement solutions to problems the clients face in their sustainability journey. As well as timber, the commodities also include pulp/paper, viscose, rubber, tea, coffee, palm oil, biomass, etc.
Mission-driven projects: manage and/or implement the projects which are funded by donors (including governments, NGOs or other institutions).
Sales and Marketing: Providing technical sales support to Country Managers and the Marketing Development Unit for specific leads as well as for long-term business planning. Conduct sales and marketing activities to raise the profile of Preferred by Nature. You will also facilitate Preferred by Nature’s global team of staff to understand our services and effectively sell these services in the market.

Professional requirements
Bachelor’s degree in forestry, agriculture, environmental management, energy major or other natural science major.
International organization working experiences, professional background in forestry and/or agriculture sector, knowledge, and experiences on sustainability on land use/nature resource of minimum 5 years.
Strong computer knowledge (Microsoft word, excel, power point, and Salesforce). · Communication skills - Chinese mother tongue, excellent oral and written communication skills in English is essential.
Experience in working on corporate social responsiblity or ESG policy development and implementation.
