Asanas are always
come and go. Once we change ourselves, we change our
focus.
Yoga is my life.
Yoga is not for living. Put more attention towards soul, soul of
Asanas and functions.
The third limb is
Asana, stabilize your mind. We should put more attention towards
the third limb first and practice them in a proper way, we do not
just practice postures or show them in front of the
people.
Morning practice
is very important.
Because
everything is silent.
If you practice regularly, your strength will grow within you automatically.(如果你规律的练习,你的力量会自然而然的在你体内增强)
Everything comes
from Sadhana.
Your proper
breathing can strengthen your
body.
Breathe freely and move freely….
