Last week, I hosted a super exciting workshop all about Design of Experiments (DoE) with our teams. Instead of just sticking to boring theory, we embarked on a case study using simulation catapult & utilized JMP for data analysis. It felt like solving a puzzle together! By practicing with this simulation case, our team gained hands-on experience in conducting experiments using the DoE method. This allowed us to better understand processes and even quantitatively predict their outcomes across various factor settings. I'm thrilled about the progress we've made. It's especially rewarding to see how some attendees, for whom this was their first exposure to DoE, have quickly embraced these new skills. With this new skill, I'm confident they can handle new process studies and solve complex problems like never before. We had another good year in the DOE & Reliability team at JMP - 5 patents with Caleb King, Joseph Morgan, Brad Jones, Yeng Saanchi, Jacob Rhyne, and Mark Bailey.
