哈欧国际物流股份有限公司由北京长久物流股份有限公司、哈尔滨铁路局、优特埃国际物流（中国）有限公司、中国大连港集团有限公司四家共同合资组建。

哈欧国际物流致力于运营一条跨欧亚国际货运班列，运营链接东北亚和欧洲两大区域产业集群的国际铁路运输通道，成为跨欧亚国际货物运输的“高速路”；建设一个东北亚物流枢纽，覆盖东北亚三省、渤海湾、日本和俄罗斯跨远东的综合物流服务核心枢纽和内陆港服务中心的中欧产业互动；打造一个东北亚物流龙头企业，组建东北亚最大的物流平台企业，提供公、铁、海运和一体化物流服务体系平台。

2015年6月13日上午10时，由哈欧国际物流股份有限公司经营的首列满载46个集装箱货物的货运列车从哈尔滨香坊站始发，穿越欧亚腹地，直达德国汉堡，这标志着一条新的连接欧亚大陆之间的铁路通道“哈欧”国际货运班列正式开通。

2015年6月27日凌晨2时，哈欧班列从德国汉堡首列发出。自此哈欧班列实现双向开通，标志着中蒙俄经济走廊黑龙江陆海丝绸之路经济带建设实现突破，将真正成为欧亚经贸合作的金桥。
