Description

Create a North Town New District which possesses a Chu dynasty based architecture style, a countryside environment, natural landscape with water; residential, tourism, and business functions.

 Four Planning Strategies

Reorganization & optimization:reorganize existing adjacencies; optimize high level functional relationships;

Functional composite:coordinate multi-functional program elements to comprise a harmonious composite;

Promote culture:implant culture essence, create distinct cultural identity;

Greenscape accessibility:use nature throughout to benefit the community.

Community planning; regional culture; public outdoor space planning; landscape design methodology; featured commercial block innovation.
