Instead of just being an afterthought, a conscious decision was made to implement indoor health and comfort into every aspect of the hotel, for which filtration design, implementation and ongoing monitoring are all supported by PureLiving.
The highlight of the systems in the Shanghai Hongqiao Cordis is that the air quality in all 400 guestrooms and common areas will achieve US EPA levels, which is 35 ug/m³. Cordis will open this year, and this is the first hotel in Asia with such a large area filtered to achieve such a high standard and more importantly, to be professionally monitored with RESET-certified professional grade monitors, with real-time air quality results displayed on en suite television screens, earning the first hotel RESET certification in the world.
Real-time air quality displayed on TV screens
