最近新加坡网上有传言，说陆路交通管理局（LTA）从7月15日起在全岛增设超速取证摄像头。
取缔超速是交警的任务，LTA无权处理。这其实是误传。真正的消息是，为了阻吓违法停车，LTA从本月15日起，把摄像头从原本的10个地区增加到20个，并计划于今年第四季度增加到30个。增设的都是违法停车情况严重的地区，严重影响公共巴士的流动和行人的安全。详情请见：http://app.lta.gov.sg/apps/news/page.aspx?c=2&id=543fc5a4-5e8f-4fac-9a5e-000608ac021a
无论如何，大家得注意了。被抓到违法停车最高可是扣3分、罚300元的。
原本的10个地区（4月14日开始执行）：
1. Beach Road (near Golden Mile Complex) existing CCTV location
2. Marine Parade Central (near Parkway Parade) existing CCTV location
3. Upper Bukit Timah Road (after The Linear)
4. Ardmore Park, Draycott Park (near Ardmore Park & JC Draycott)
5. Commonwealth Avenue West (Clementi MRT, both directions)
6. Serangoon Central (Serangoon MRT, near NEX mall)
7. Boon Lay Way (Boon Lay MRT, near Jurong Point)
8. Bishan Road (Bishan MRT)
9. Jurong Gateway Road (around Jurong East Central, near Jurong East MRT)
10. Jurong West Street 63 (Pioneer MRT)
新增的10个地区（7月15日开始执行）：
1. Ang Mo Kio Ave 3 (AMK MRT)
2. Boon Lay Way (Lakeside MRT)
3. New Upper Changi Rd (Bedok MRT, Bedok Centre)
4. Pasir Panjang Road (AVA centre to shophouses before MAS Currency House)
5. Woodlands Road (Kranji MRT, both directions)
6. Collyer Quay (both directions)
7. Choa Chu Kang Avenue 4 (Lot 1, CCK MRT/LRT)
8. Choa Chu Kang Loop (outside CCK Bus Interchange)
9. Jalan Sultan (Textile Centre)
10. Tampines Central 1 (near to bus interchange, Tampines MRT)
今年第四季度准备新增的10个地区：

2. River Valley Road (in front of Spize, Boon Tong Kee)
3. Tanjong Katong Road (near Parkstone Road)
4. Woodlands Ave 7 (Admiralty MRT)

7. Punggol Road (junction of Punggol Central, both directions)
8. Sembawang Road (Jalan Lengkok Sembawang)
9. Serangoon Road (Tekka Centre)
10. Upper Serangoon Road (junction of Simon Road & Florence Road)
大家如果仔细看这30个地点，就会发现绝大多数是交通拥堵的地方。这些怎么超速驾驶呢？半夜不算。
