KCAP Architects&Planners is an internationally operating design firm specialised in architecture and urbanism. Our office is working with an international staff of 90 employees with offices in Rotterdam, Zürich and Shanghai. KCAP is well reputed for realising unique concepts and attractive designs on the fringe between architecture and urbanism .For our office in Shanghai we are looking for a motivated and talented Office Assistant to support our team.

Requirements:
职位要求：
- A flexible teamplayer and willing to help with all activities needed in a developing office, such as reception, administration and organisation and PR etc.;
灵活的团队参与者并有意愿协助办公室发展所需的所有活动，比如前台，行政以及组织和公共关系类的工作等等；
- A proactive and positive attitude;
积极主动的工作态度；
- Able to work in an international environment;
能够适应国际化的办公环境；
- Accurate, dependable and well structured;
有着准确的，独立的以及良好的规划架构能力
- College or University graduate or above;
专科或本科及以上学历；
- At least 1 year experience in similar job and international working environment;
在国际化工作环境中有至少1年的类似工作经历；
- Fluent in English(speaking and writing) and Chinese;
流利的英语和汉语（口语和书写能力）
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office;
精通各种办公软件；
- Chinese national or working permit for China.
中国人或具有工作许可证的外籍人士。
