热烈庆祝trustmover成为NVOCC，信茂又迈上了新的台阶，2015年我们不仅成功成为PPL的成员并获得了NOVCC资质，信茂现在站在新的起点上，希望公司成员可以充分利用资源创造利润

NVOCC是货运代理商或装运整合者谁没有该船的所有权，但承担出货量相应的责任和发行自己的提单和空运提单的法案

无船承运业务经营者和货运代理提供类似的国际航运服务，但货物的运输过程中扮演不同的角色。作为指示由托运人/客户，无船承运人和货运代理可能负责在载体上订舱，记录出口，建立货物运输保险，对符合外国进口条例的托运人提供建议，对包装标记和商品的标签提供适当的指导并安排货物的集装化。

NVOCC is a freight forwarder orshipment consolidator who does not have ownership of the vessel, but assumesresponsibilities for the shipments and issuing its own bills of lading andairway bills.
A non-vessel operating common carrier and a freightforwarder offer similar international shipping services but play differentroles during the movement of cargo. As instructed by the shipper/customer,NVOCCs and freight forwarders may be responsible for booking space on thecarrier, documenting exports, establishing cargo insurance, advising theshipper on foreign import regulations, providing guidance on proper packaging,marking and labeling of commodities and arranging the packing andcontainerizing of goods.
