“For me, I always ask myself why I didn’t I start playing golf earlier. A lot of it is because it’s expensive and it’s not introduced to a lot of African American kids. My son is one of the few who’s been introduced to the game at a young age, but I’m trying to change that.”
“Now, I find myself watching the Golf Channel all day every day.”
“Giving back to these kids is what it’s all about. Obviously, basketball is what I do just about day in and day out, but things like this are bigger than the game, bigger than a player, bigger than any one person.”
"The game of basketball used to be 'America's' game. Now it's the world's game. ... It's not the game that it used to be. It's not that there's anything wrong with Team USA, it's just that everyone [else] is getting better."
