    I love this music! The whole series was great, and I think the music is one of my favorite parts about it. A show that's great can be made even better by having an amazing score for it. The music really helps set some of the scenes.

    The cd came in great condition. And it came a lot quicker than I thought it was going to. I'm in America, and since the score hasn't been released here yet (we have to wait until March), I'm glad that I'm able to order from the UK. I thought I'd still have to wait weeks/months for the cd to get here, but I think I had it within a week. Only slightly longer than I'd have to wait for something when I order from the American Amazon.

    I love the previous soundtracks - but this blows them all away. Thrilling, fascinating, heartbreaking. Only problem to solve: which one I love most.

    Unfortunately the CD cover was broken when it hits Germany, but the CD is okay though. And the files on my sound cloud of course.

    if you enjoyed the TV series Sherlock, you'll enjoy bringing back some memories from the 3rd series with this album
    although i prefer the album to series 2, this album does have some memorable tracks.
    track 1 - how it was done? well we all know now don't we, track 9 - Lestrade a nice motive theme, track 11 - stag night well all i can say is how quick did Sherlock and Dr Watson take to get drunk, and then the crime scene afterwards a weird but great track. track 12 - mayfly man, is a haunting melodic theme, track 15 - Magnussen - the bad guys theme, track 19 addicted - was Sherlock undercover or really addicted, this is a nice theme, track 21 Appledore - a great theme for the bad guys hide out, these are some of my favorites however the rest are growing on me

    Auch für die dritte Staffel haben sich David Arnold und Michael Price wieder zusammen getan, um die musikalische Untermalung für die BBC Serie zu schaffen. Genau wie die Serie selbst in der dritten Staffel neue Wege einschlägt, so wagt man sich auch musikalisch weiter hinaus. Herausgekommen ist ein innovatives und vielfältiges Album. Überraschende und mitreißende Tracks wechseln sich mit mit emotionalen und ergreifenden Höhepunkten ab. Die elegante Orchestermusik wäre auch eines Hollywood Films würdig.

    Gleich das erste Stück „How ist was done“ ist eins der Highlights des Albums.Cool und aufregend, ist es der perfekte Einstieg in eine Staffel, die mehr Action bietet, als die beiden zuvor.

    Weiteres Highlight für mich:. „Stag Night Zunächst der Anfang mit der Dubstep Version des bekannten Themas, das dann ein chilliges Ende nimmt lässt einen den legendären Junggesellenabschied noch mal im Kopfkino erleben.

    Einfach nur wunderschön: „Walz for John and Mary“.

    „Addicted to a Certain Lifestyl“ ist die ergreifende Untermalung einer der emotionalsten Szenen der Staffel und für mich das beste Stück der Folge "His last vow".

    Mein Fazit: Besser kann ein TV- Soundtrack nicht sein.
