When Le French May meets Le French GourMay, it becomes ART DINING! On May 10th 2014, the Michelin-starred chef Christian Têtedoie will present a 4-coursetasting menu to the guests who enjoy live art painting performance at the same time!

當『法國五月藝術節』遇上『法國五月美食節』，藝術晚宴誕生啦！今年5月10日，米芝蓮星級法廚Christian Têtedoie將會特別呈獻四道菜的美食節餐單，現場更有即席藝術繪畫表演！

C: Côte Rôtie 羅帝丘

Côte-Rôtie is a prestigious red-wine appellation in the northern Rhône. It’s one of the selected wines wines for theFrench state banquet for Chinese President Xi Jinping and his wife during their visit to Lyon!

羅帝丘是北羅訥河谷產區的最負盛名的紅酒產區，並在中國主席習近平伉儷到訪里昂期間，被挑選為法國國宴的餐酒之一。

D: Dining Experience 餐飲體驗

This year Le French Gourmay is dedicated to bring all kinds of dining experience, including Gastronomic, Fine dining, Casual dining and Asian twist.

今年『法國五月美食節』為大家準備各式各樣的餐飲體驗，包括星級餐廳、高級料理、法式餐館及亞洲薈萃。

E: Eight Michelin-starred partnering restaurants 八間米芝蓮星級合作餐廳

Throughout Le French GourMay, Michelin-starred French restaurants such as Amber, Caprice, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, Pierre, Restaurant Petrus, Robuchon au Dôme, Spoonby Alain Ducasse and The Tasting Room by Galliot will join the festival to create gastronomic feasts with the theme of Rhône Valley.

在整個法國五月美食節期間，城中多間米芝蓮星級餐廳包括Amber、Caprice、L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon、 Pierre、Restaurant Petrus (珀翠餐廳)、Robuchon au Dôme (天巢法國餐廳)、Spoon by Alain Ducasse和The Tasting Room by Galliot (御膳房)將參與其中，供應以羅訥河谷為主題的美食饗宴。

Enjoy the Wednesday nights races in May (21st & 28th) at the Happy Valley Racecourse while sipping Rhône Valley wines. The great selection and variety of Rhône Valley wines available in the Beer Barden will be perfectly paired with Rhône Valley delicacies designed by the Michelin-Starred chef Christian Têtedoie from Lyon at the Happy Valley Racecourse.

溫馨提示：我是『法國五月美食節』啊！由法國駐港澳總領事館商務專員公署（Ubifrance），今年正式踏入第六屆，繼續為香港及澳門呈獻法國殿堂級的美酒佳餚，滿足饕客對法國菜及醇酒的渴望。

L: Lyon’s Cuisine 里昂美食

Apart from the wines, the Rhône Valley has long been celebrating for its gastronomy; it is often referred as the French gastronomic capital. Well-known for its traditional dishes made by the Mères (the mothers) in the “Bouchons Lyonnais”,the Lyon and Rhône Cuisine has won the critics and enjoy some of the best award-winning chefs.

除了葡萄酒，羅訥河谷的美食亦久負盛名，常被稱為法國的美食之都。里昂特式小酒館 - Bouchon 舉世知名，所烹調的傳統料理猶如媽媽親自下廚炮製，給予人一種親切的家庭溫暖；因此贏得不少美譽，並啟發了許多米芝蓮星級廚師。

Do you know? Most of the Northern Rhone red wines are 100% Syrah. However it is also possible to have up to 5 % Viognier in addition to Syrah in Côte Rôtie.

妳知道嗎？北羅訥河谷產區絕大部分的紅酒都是100%出自西拉葡萄。但凡是總有例外，羅帝丘的葡萄酒除西拉葡萄外，還會有所佔比例不超過5%的维欧尼葡萄。

As the second largest AOC vineyard in France, Rhône Valley Wines is the highlight of Le French GourMay 2014.

On May 11th, we've got that French feeling for Murray House at Stanley Plaza! To discover various food and wines from France, and Rhone Valley Wines (11am to 6pm, free entry).

5月11日，法國情懷蔓延至赤柱廣場美利樓！從早上11點至下午6點，一起盡嘆法國美酒佳餚，特別是羅訥河谷葡萄酒！

During Le French GourMay, many wine tastings will be open for public. For example, free“Rhone Wine Tasting” by Jointek every Friday in May, Rhone Valley Wine Tasting Workshop by The East on May 14th & 21st, Exquisite Food & Wine Matching Experience of Rhone Valley in ifc ENOTECA on May 21st.

『法國五月美食節』期間，當然少不得向公眾開放的試酒會啦！例如，駿德酒業逢週五舉行免費“羅訥河谷試酒會”，The East於5月14和21日舉辦“羅訥河谷葡萄酒工作坊”，國際金融中心（IFC）的ENOTECA於5月21日舉行“羅訥河谷試酒會”。
